This practice is perfect for gliding into the weekend, by letting all of the past week’s tension go. If you have about thirty minutes, you will:
Soften and release tension in your energy body, and your physical body.
Receive a mini alignment lesson, mid-way, thank you very much (yes, that was a surprise for me, too! But it was exactly on point).
Drop underneath the mind (which *thinks* it knows this already… hahaaaa) to find out what you actually need and want, right now.
